Ugh, I always thought the sex in Witcher games is handled so poorly. The first game especially was bad but 2 had some weird weird scenes as well.

16 hours!? Geralt is doing a lot of ploughing throughout his travels..lol. This game is gonna be huge length wise if 16 hours of it are going to be sex scenes.

The Witcher 2 had a few very tasteful sex scene from what remember. Helped humanize the characters, and accurately depicted what two consenting adults do when intimate with each other.

Doesn't the lore basically say that magic makes you a champion at boudoir olympics? And that side effects of Witcher mutation are sterility (which is actually desirable), enhanced stamina (guehehe) and immunity to diseases (including the more... unfortunate ones)? The witchers are basically walking male sex dolls. Unsurprising that some of the more... adventurous women would want to have a go.
