First goal was legit good. Second and third should have never gone in, though I have to give him credit because both were good shots at target.

But then he missed a penalty and a few other big chances. So yeah, it's still so-so.

Sure, first was good. I'm being harsh, but he's legit bad 99% of the time and I was hoping he'd eventually get kicked off the starting 11 after a few more awful performances.

Maybe he'll magically pull some talent out of his ass for the rest of the season though.

Also, Kishna in, El Ghazi isn't doing it right now, neither is Andersen. Though both Kishna and Anwar have severe "hero-mode" problems.
are you all from england, or what?
I thought Germans had no humor but then I remembered you weren't German.

Hope Herrera went off as a precaution and it's nothing serious. We can't afford to lose our main midfielders. If Carrick was fit, he could quite easily come in, but I prefer the 3 we have in there now.

Yeah, El Ghazi is a bit hit and miss. He's still young so it's not a surprise really. Kishna did some good things today actually by playing past his direct defender multiple times. Some good shots and dangerous balls in the box too. Not bad. Andersen is useless on the wings. Just keeps running into trouble and never learns from it.

Skrtel is boss tbf, and I don't think he and Sakho can become a good partnership

Wonder what would have happened if we'd tried to phase Carragher out of the first 11 when we should have, and let Skrtel and Agger flourish together when they were both entering their mid 20s

Aye.

At least Origi is still bossing it.

So will Marchisio be the go-to in that role for the CL knockout phase? He seemed to be lacking Pirlo's distribution last week, but was strong in basically every other aspect...

He wasn't the only one.

I'm so mad at Arsene for turning him away. Madness :(

Were you watching Arsenal today thinking "damn, we need a #10"? lol

Don't really see why Cesc's name comes up every week when we've kept 1 clean sheet in 6, have 2 centre-backs, are more open than we've been in the past decade, and are soft as fuck in the middle of the park. Spurs could have put 3 past us in the first half when we were kinda playing well, but Wenger's mistake was not stocking up on more creativity? Was the problem v Dortmund not enough through balls or...?

I still love the kid too, but Christ. We have so many other problems we failed to address which are the real reason we're no threat to Chelsea (or City), not because we didn't stop them from getting Fabregas, when they would have just gotten Vidal, or Pogba, or Kroos or whoever else instead (Modric was their first choice). Granted if we knew Wenger would go 4-3-3 and ignore our issues then sure, bring him in (I was sure Arsene would actually be logical this summer -- naive on my part, I suppose), but we'd still be whining about how we can't defend, and looking up at Chelsea, dreading next week.

Did you miss Ramsey's injury and his loss of form?

Regardless of our need for a DM Cesc is good enough to start and we don't have the squad to cover for all these oh so predictable injuries. We had the money for both.

Fabregas does not have to play as a 10, he can play deeper. With the proper coaching, of course...

We need, at least, another defender, a DM, and at least another striker.

I'm honestly still in shock that Jenkinson was shipped out unceremoniously. A shocking move then, even more appalling now with Chambers allegedly our third CB.

But, really... we just need another manager.

Neville's analysis just highlights how fucking stupid that Rooney foul is. United were in very little danger from that West Ham counter.

I finally watched Gravity last night. The electricity went off in part of the city during it, so I watched it during the blackout (it felt great). I loved the film
