It looks very good, but the performance stutters a little in cutscenes.

In gameplay it's been 100% smooth sailing for me on PS4.

No its 60fps. But not locked atm. Big drops sometimes.
And i guess its 900p again.

I don't understand why the cutscenes stutter tho. They're pre-rendered 30fps videos lol.
